Collection of Data during the booking process
When you book a hotel with the Irish mini Breaks, we ask you for personal information. We use this information to process your booking and to communicate with you about your reservation. We also use your email address to send you confirmation of all the details of your booking and the hotel's contact details. Occasionally, we send our customers special offers and promotional information via email newsletter and postal mail, using the details you provided. Before sending you any such information we would always ask for your consent to do so.
Collection and Use of Information
When you book a hotel with Irish Mini Breaks we ask you for your full name, mailing address, email address, contact telephone number and credit card details. During the course of the booking process your credit card details are deleted and we do not store credit cards details in any format. In order to process your booking your personal details are used to confirm your booking with the hotel and after a short period of time these are also deleted from our system. This is in line with best practice in the Credit Card industry and conforms with the global standards of PCI Compliance (Payment Card Industry compliance standards).
Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ('Google'). As you browse the Irish Mini Breaks website, cookies are placed by Google Analytics on your computer's hard drive. The hosting facilities for our websites are situated in Europe. Our Email Service Providers (SendinBlue) servers are situated in United States of America. Our analytics providers (Google) are situated in the United States of America. The European Union has made an "adequacy decision" with respect to the data protection laws of each of these countries. Transfers to each of these countries is protected by appropriate safeguards, namely the use of standard data protection clauses adopted or approved by the European Union.
