Had a bath and discovered the Towel I was using was filthy. The Towel hadn't been changed. Wasn't impressed at all. But Breakfast was lovely but had no fruit out. Staff was very friendly. Rooms basic. Apart from the towel issue I probably would recommend it.

This is our second stay here and certainly won't be our last. What makes this stay so enjoyable is without doubt the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff .. great food and comfort

Overall excellent stay in hotel. We were very satisfied with a lovely room and the wonderful dinner and breakfast. I have to say the food is excellent and the best we have encountered and way above many of the 4 star hotels we have stayed in. But let's not forget the absolutely wonderful staff who were on the top of their game and made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. We will return very soon.

Had a one nite stay with breakfast and dinner included. The food was excellent with generous portions, the breakfast was the same. The hotel was lovely and cosy and all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Ideal location, 5 min walk into town. We will be back!

This hotel was so homely and cosy I felt so relaxed. Spotless clean excellent food. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, obliging and friendly. Very good value

My room wasn't hovered or dusted or cleaned properly which I did take photos of ...I also had to go get the cleaner myself and ask her to come do it ...on a good note ..the staff downstairs were great and so was the food...

Check in experience was terrible , check in girl had more of an interest in her phone than checking us in , gave no information , we had dinner included in package and check in staff never gave voucher as was interested in phone , restaurant experience was to be desired as waiting one hour for people to come over at centain points. Only positive was breakfast waitress who was knowledgeable and helpful , rooms outdated

Lovely hotel, beautiful bedroom. We had a meal included in our package..food was well presented and tasted beautiful. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. A short stroll to town centre. We will stay here again.

It was my first time in the hotel just a quick overnight to meet with friends .The staff were friendly service was good but as the evening progressed the service was slow and we had to return to the bar to remind them we had placed an order a couple of times there was a lot of staff on but cant understand how slow and slack the service was Besides that we as a group will return evening meal and breakfast was excellent good choice and well presented. Rooms were perfect would recommend

Hotel location is very good .Just over the half hour to Navan and 45 minutes to Liffey Valley . Delicious breakfast Good choice for evening meals

Hotel was so nice, staff were really friendly and accommodating even with masks on. The food was just absolutely delicious, such high quality and plenty of it. Room was so nice, new carpet and decor was beautiful. We will definitely be back again. Thank you????????

Suberb 3 night stay, location was fantastic the room was immaculate, great food and staff from reception, bar to waitresses all were very accomadating pleasant and helpful especially under current circumstances covid etc. Has been quite a while since I have been in a hotel that has ticked all the boxes. We'll done to everyone.

This is a brilliant hotel, its not too large ie no swimming pool but that didnt matter. With the current restrictions with Covid which was handled so well by the hotel lots of cleaning done etc. The room was comfortable, but it was the brilliant Staff so friendly and hardworking was so impressive, the food is just great, piping hot and served to your table the breakfast was brilliant, it was our 3rd time back and we will certainly return to this great hotel. Management should be very proud of their lovely staff. Thanks

very nice hotel- but the rooms were so nosey! we were on the first floor and from 6am could here people singing to their kids and talking on the corridor. It wasn't that the guests were roudy but rooms were just really noisey. not ideal but everything else was lovely. Went for breakfast and was asked what we wanted - we had got no menus so the lady just said you can have whatever you want and stood there waiting on an order. Didn't really like this - a menu and 2 mins would have been much friendlier.

I can't stress enough how impressed i am with this hotel, The staff were so friendly and courteous they deserve a bonus, When I booked the break the hotel had to contact me to say that there had been a mistake and that for one night there was a double booking and asked if I would consider changing the date of my visit and as this was the bank holiday I had no issue with this as I was off work anyway, The hotel offered an upgrade and we were given the Bridal Suit for one of the nights and this room was beautiful The breakfast was fab and the evening meal was one of the nicest i have had in a hotel, as a lot of the time the restaurant food is not up to much but this was great, Would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation

Hi there, thanks for the reply. It's the first time using your service and will use it again. We will give the hotel 7 out 10 for standard. The food, service, cleanliness fantastic. The bed itself, pardon the French shite. Would not put the pet dog sleeping on it. Apart from that everything good, regards SÃ©an reid
