The Bush Hotel is ideally situated for exploring the town. The hotel being so old has a lot of character. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the food delicious for both dinner and breakfast. All in all tremendous value for money.

Excellant value from Irish Mini Breaks - €69.00 B&B per night. Location in the centre of town, car parking at back of hotel. Breakfast was very good as was evening meal. Staff were very helpful. Hope to make a return visit in the not too distant future. We only stayed for 2 nights - not long enough!

Great value and good location. Lots of character with historical display of photos, press cuttings etc. Quality of food was very good -breakfast nice but missing some items listed on menu. Plenty of free safe parking. Staff pleasant. Overall good value stay.

Lovely helpful staff especially the 2 guys in the bar/dining room. They were so helpful and efficient. 2 amazing guys. Spotless rooms. Complimentary tea/coffee biscuits in the very spacious room.

A very historic hotel in the centre of town. Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. There is plenty of car parking available behind the hotel. Our full Irish breakfast was perfect and very enjoyable.

The hotel was clean with nice rooms. Ideal for a short stay. The staff were excellent. I found the Bistro uncomfortable as the seats and table were on the high side. That was the only downside for me.

Lovely friendly and warm atmosphere. Large comfortable room. Fabulous meals. The hotel`s crowning glory is it`s wonderful, friendly and charming staff. We will be returning.

Nice hotel. Great location on the main street. Had a lovely big modern quiet room. One evening meal included in our package and it was the best dinner I had out in ages. The portions were enormous and couldn't finish the 3 courses. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel food was excellent. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. We missed breakfast and on checkout the receptionist rang next door to their coffee shop for complimentary coffee and scones. Excellent hotel Definitely stay there next time. Five stars!!!!

We enjoyed our stay in the Bush Hotel, Carrick on Shannon. the hotel was nice, centrally located and we found the staff to be very friendly and helpfull. We were delighted with our room which was bigger than usual and we found the food very good. the cost of the break for three nights B&B was very reasonable and we also enjoyed the evening meals we had in the Bistro.

Stayed here Oct 1st and thought it was excellent .From the moment we arrived the receptionist Dee made us so welcome and gave us a list of all the places of local interest to visit which was really helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious and the staff where very helpful and friendly. This is a true gem.

Great!!!!! Food. Even the hungriest traveller will find themselves full after dinner at the Bush. Staff lovely and always ready to help. This is an oldie world hotel in many ways and you should expect soem small issues but nothing serious. Keep an open traveller's mind and you will be delighted with the experience. One note though is the hotel management are pushing it a tad with some prices when weddings/hen/stag parties are in town. €119 pp/pn sharing is #way# too much for this hotel and it will bite them in the behind if they don't wise up. They can shout 'green' all they want but this does not equal more expensive in the mind of the average hotel guest.

Stayed one night in the Bush Hotel in Carrick on Shannon. It is very central and the staff are really friendly. We had a great nights sleep and great breakfast. While it is an old style hotel it is very comfortable and clean.
