Nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Would like bigger beds as they are only standard doubles and I am quite large. The hot food counter for breakfast could be relocated so that people could get to it from all sides as this would reduce the ques.

Clean room and bathroom. Staff were very accomadating. Special mention to a girl serving at breakfast. She lives in Killorgin, as I forgot to ask her name. Had carvery on arrival, the plate was cold, the food tepid, which was ashame as it looked good. At breakfast, plates are in a heating rack but only room temperature. I had some fried eggs, looked good but they were stone cold.

Asked for porridge for breakfast? Non arrived, and breakfast was cold one morning! No sandwiches served after 6pm either!! Then on leaving we were not even asked if we enjoyed our stay!! Thanks for the keys to room was all that was said to us?? Not impressed!! Only redeeming factor was the shower!!

Lovely clean hotel made even nicer by the friendly and courteous staff. Only one downside I noticed at breakfast 2 ladies in pyjamas at breakfast not a good luck or standard for hotel. Would definitely recommend a stay here for cleanliness friendly hotel with a lovely breakfast especially the scrambled eggs...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Killarney Court Hotel from start to finish. The staff are so friendly, helpful and happy. Nothing is a problem. They make you feel so special, the food was delicious,,the room was excellent. Spacious, airy and bright. Tea ,coffee topped up every morning, room service is great. And to top it all off the price was excellent. We had the weather on our side ,so every day was amazing. The views and scenery are spectacular..I can Highly Recommend a visit to The Killarney Court Hotel .also use the Lidl breaks app. You really do get amazing deals on here...

My wife ordered Fish and chips on the first evening. We were 45 minutes waiting. The chips were full of grease and could not be digested. The four people in the table next to us were waiting an hour to be served and two of their steaks were served cold. I do not have an Irish breakfast but I always have two poached eggs only. I was told by the server they don’t do poached eggs.

We stayed here 2 nites from the moment we arrived the staff were just fab .we had our dinner the 2nd nite and all i can say was it was just massive we were stuffed lol .we have often stayed here but this time was the best.our room was newly done up so it was really nice

A warm welcome, good breakfast and dinner choices. All staff very friendly. 10 mins walk to town and very close to National park where there are multiple walking trails to choose from. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel for a quick visit to Killarney. We had a friendly welcome at reception. Very comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was great so a hotel worth recommending. I would have no hesitation in staying here again

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good , Lady in bar was friendly and engaging.. Not in the luxury category but good value for money. The only crib we have is that when we had difficulty finding the hotel, nobody answered the phone on 3 different attempts to get directions.

Our room was not serviced over the 3 days when I inquired was told you have to request it .Taught it a bit strange Other than that it was excellent.. great breakfast plenty of choice and bar food was absolutely fantastic

We arrived at the hotel at 4pm we checked in with a very pleasant receptionist our room was ready Room was spotless & pleasant day 2 we booked dinner I was a little worried as my partner has a severe allergy to fresh cream & the majority of restaurants put cream in their mash soup & veg however our very pleasant & helpful waitress spoke with the chef & offered him boiled potatoes we were very greatful All food breakfast lunch & dinner was delicious and plenty to satisfy a big appetite all staff were more than helpful in every department We will definitely be back there again asap

Great Hotel ........Room was spotlessly clean. Staff were so well trained, efficient and pleasant. The Food was really good. Lovely Breakfast with everything fresh and piping hot. Dinner was really lovely too and plenty of it the prawn starter had at least 10 juicy well cooked prawns, usually you would be lucky to get 4 in a starter! It's outside the town but a pleasant 12 to 15 minute walk will have you right in the centre of Killarney. Our room was quite warm but a plug in fan was there for our use. The rooms could do with modernisation but apart from that I honestly couldn't find fault with the hotel and I would return/recommend.

Lovely clean hotel. Room was cosy and comfy. Room little bit dated as are alot of hotels in Kilarney. I did ask for a room with a bath, but there was no stopper for the bath ????. Dinner was excellent and the service was outstanding. Breakfast was also nice standard for a 3 star.

Delighted with the value for money. Lovely staff and lovely room. The only thing would be that if the dining room could have been open for the evening meal as we found the bar busy, and we wouldn't be pub people, other than that it was fantastic. Delighted we stayed.

Excellent Hotel,easy and flawless check in by friendly and welcoming staff,very comfortable room with ample storage,had dinner in hotel restaurant, very enjoyable meal,hotel bar is excellent,nice crowd so although it was quiet there was a nice atmosphere, had lunch in hotel bar both days we recommend the seafood chowder,we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend others to stay,we'll be back.

The hotel is lovely and staff food is great the only thing bad was there was no Wi-Fi a lot of guests asked about it and they went down town as we did to get the Wi-Fi but every time we go to Killarney we stay at this hotel and that is the first time that this has happened while we were staying there but it would not put me of going back to this lovely hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 1 nite , 4 of us on A BBD rate... Overall very plesent experience. We travelled down for funeral so we're on the road from 4.30am... I had requested an early checkin if possible Wen I approached desk I query could we get rooms even 1 of the rooms earlier as my brother who had buried his wife was in agony with his back,,this was approx 1pm .. Guy said he didn't think possible ???? that checkin was strictly 4pm.. It's only thing I'd take 1 point off.. Food excellent rooms okish beds very comfy... Would I book here again most definitely it it was rate we got on mini breaks ... Staff in restaurants bars very nice. Hotels seems to be getting renovated 10 min stroll to town Bar was busy and obviously very popular with locals... It's clearly a 3 star hotel but as I said I would go back

Disappointed with our room as it was beside lift shaft so there was constant noise all night we requested a walk in shower but bathroom seemed to b adopted for wet room with mobility aids . Staff were friendly and hotel was clean

Was made welcome from get go. The hotel is very clean and some redecorating in progress while I was there. The bar lounge was nice and attracts good local trade. A nice selection on carvery menu which the food was good and priced reasonably. Breakfast is self-service and caters for all tastes. Bedroom was clean and got a good sleep. Friendly, pleasent accommodating staff. Hotel located 15min walk from town centre. I would certainly go back at some stage.

Could not say enough good things about this hotel. It was warm and cosy on a very cold night. All the staff that we interacted with were so friendly and efficient. Our room had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Our evening meal and breakfast the following morning were very good. The only con would be that we would have liked to stayed in the bar after our meal but there was no entertainment so we walked into town. Would highly recommend

We spent our 32nd wedding anniversary here,They were polite,friendly,room was warm and clean plenty pillows and towels when were arrived to ask was everything ok for us,i would defiantly stay here again didnt try the food but from reception,cleaners,bar staff they were great,and just a stroll into the town.

A very enjoyable overnight stay. Great food served in both the restaurant and for breakfast. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Chocolates placed in room for my wife's birthday was a lovely gesture by the hotel. Only downside was we couldn't stay longer but we will definitely return and stay for a longer break as soon as we can.

I choose to Stay in Killarney Court Hotel with my Family and In all fairness I had a Pleasant and Satisfying experience. Rooms are Clean and Well Maintained,Great Hospitality with Professionalism,Reasonable Number of Parking Space and Delicious Irish Breakfast.????????????

Arrived for my Birthday in October, upgraded our room which was a lovely gesture. Room really big, bed comfy, tea/coffee making facilities another plus, staff excellent, breakfast fab, also had dinner in the bar on the 2 evenings delicious,and 10 out of 10 for presentation. Definitely a return is on the cards.

Brilliant and efficient Staff. We were made feel so welcome. Food was delicious. Breakfast was buffet. Well presented and always hot. There was always a good variety of food for dinner. Again food delicious and Staff so attentive. Room was very comfortable. With Covid, room could not be serviced during our three day stay. However, plastic bag was left for dirty towels to leave outside room and plastic bag with fresh towels left at room door. A big Thank you to all the Staff for a very enjoyable stay.

The staff made it a very pleasant experience from start to finish , all very helpful and friendly. The only downside was on three occassions during our two day/night stay we had to get our key fob to room re; programmed!! Will return in the near future.

Two friends and myself had a stay on a fishing trip. The staff were all very friendly, the rooms were great and clean, the food was very good, and particularly the breakfast staff, the ladies, were very good, they were friendly, looked after us very well asked if we wanted more, really made our stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Great stay here. Great breakfast set up and bar food with huge portions!!10 minute walk into town. Fantastic staff throughout the hotel. Sophie and Naomi couldn't have been more kind and welcoming! Hotel rooms are dated, however, but that didn't detract from our stay. Fantastic value for money with lidl breaks.

There were cobwebs everywhere, during dinner a spider was hovering over us in the corner. Could not believe the cleaning staff didn't see this. Staff were lovely and very friendly, breakfast was very well organised. Overall, the hotel is looking a bit tired and in need of some TLC

Hotel was great for the price. Had all the basics you needed but some things in need of updating as they looked a bit worn. Location was good, about the 12 minute walk to the Main Street in Killarney. Breakfast was good, was accommodating for vegetarians. Price was excellent for the time of year. Staff friendly.

The hotel was nice spotlessly clean and central enough to town centre. Parking was a bit of a nightmare if you weren't there early enough no parking was available and you had to park in the Centra garage next door....the carpark could do with being lined out to stop people from taking up 2 parking spaces. Breakfast was good plenty of what you wanted but covid protocol was not adhered to. Breakfast times did not have to be booked and it was self service without social distancing. The serving staff wore masks but did not wear gloves when serving the food and we saw very little hand sanitising going on between servings. Food was served all day but the menu did not have much choice and it wasn't great if I'm to be honest. Apart from 2 staff members the staff weren't very friendly. Wouldn't be going back there again

Lovely hotel situated close to the town center, staff are friendly and accomaditing... Rooms are cosy..but can't open the window fully.. carpark is a joke... Not enough spaces so in the evening time, you're left driving up and down til you hopefully get a spot

We found the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Then we had evening dinner in the bar. It was excellent also and very reasonably priced. In all we had an excellent break and hope to go there again. Thhank you. Paddy & Mary ( a married couple). for fifty years this year.

Nice hotel close to shops national park and easy walk distance to Killarney. Great base for trips to gap of dunloe ,hill walking ,golf nearby ,lovely breakfast and pleasant staff centre of Killarney v busy glad to be short distance away and able to eat inside hotel

Room was of poor standard standard ceiling could do with a fresh coat of paint ....bathroom was filthy wall tiles in shower and bath where walking in the dirt pure black gunk between tiles.... hallway leading to room on ground floor smelled horrible especially outside the room its like carpet got soaked ...breakfast was beautiful staff very helpful and friendly...check in and check out was by the same lady beautiful and well mannered with super customer service.

The only let down was Breakfast to me I like verity ie if I may French toast, poached egg on toast, fish with poached egg, pancakes. We had a great overnight stay here. Room was big, comfortable and very clean. Nice big bar, food was good. Breakfast very good, big buffet. Hotel is just an easy 10 minute walk to town centre. I would recommend staying here and hope to be back.

Stayed here on May bank holiday weekend. Staff were superb, food was lovely and location was good. My one problem was with the lighting in the room. As with many hotel bedrooms, the lighting is totally unsuitable for reading as there is no centre light and the bedside lamps are not for reading. Otherwise the stay was great .

First time staying here as group of 17 over the Easter holidays. The hotel is in a good location a short stroll to the town centre. The carpark is not large but some of us were told to park in the garage next door or along the side of the hotel when it got full. The staff were very courteous and nice and when my aunt left her handbag in reception they were quick to make me aware of it. We ate in the restaurant and bar over the weekend but the bar food was better in my opinion. There's one down side in that although the beds were really comfortable the furniture in the bedrooms is really dated and scuffed and could do with either some paint or being replaced. For a bank holiday weekend, they had no entertainment so we had to make our own, which we are very good at. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves.

The Killarney Court Hotel is a very welcoming hotel. The staff are well trained in customer care and good service. The hotel itself needs a little bit of updating in bedroom furniture but the beds are lovely and comfortable. The bar food is excellent, much better value than the restaurant. It's only 8 minutes walk from the center of Killarney and all the restaurants and bars. We had a very enjoyable stay here and I would book the hotel again.

Highly recommend staying here. We were checked in by a lovely girl called Ellie. Our rooms were clean and bright. We had our dinner and were served by a lovely, friendly man, Eamon. We were central to everything including the INEC which was 12 by taxi. Breakfast was buffet and really nice Would definately stay there again.

Stayed for one night on Friday last. Hotel was heavily booked. Noise from corridor was terrible and the last guest to make nise shouting was at 6.34. Got no sleep at al. Had a word with the manager the following morning and he advised me that due to a busy weekend you would not get any sleep. Strange way to deal with a complaint but I would say it is the same thing every weekend. My advise is choose another hotel. I certainly would not return

Stayed here recently and could'nt say enough of good things. The room was spotless warm and cosy. All the staff were so polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent everything was so fresh and tasty. We cant wait to go back in the summer. Loved our stay.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were very friendly and service was brilliant. We ate in the bar on our first night. the portions were large and the quality of the food was excellent. We ate in the restaurant on our second night, top class food and service. Our room was large and bright and spotlessly clean. Loved this hotel, great value, will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for two night b&b 1 dinner. Food was fab a bit slow to take your order and had to ask for jug of water twice but that wouldn't stop me going back. staff were really friendly. The weather was lovely the few days we stayed and the rooms were extremely warm. Rooms were spotless. Shower is amazing. If you go I would ask for the newer rooms though. Rooms aren't very spacious.

Excellent location close to town with plenty local amenities. Had dinner in the restaurant the first night and food was really good, as was the service. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Went for head and body massage and therapist was really top class. Very happy with weekend and will definitely repeat it.

Killarney court hotel was fantastic. Nice atmosphere,very good food and the room was big,clean and well maintained. The staff were all professional and friendly. However,I was disappointed to find that the deposit I payed when booking had not been accounted for in my bill. The staff however were very accommodating and sorted this small problem(not of their making) with minimum of fuss. Top marks! Eamonn Redmond

we stayed in your hotel for one night. On arrival we were met with friendly staff,room was lovely warm and clean.we had a lovely meal in bar, met nice staff and service was appropriate. breakfast next morning was a disappointment, as no fruit was available. tea was cold and staff were not as good as day shift. we asked for toast and after 10 mins a waitress arrived with cold toast and no conversation at all. we tried to make her smile but got no reaction. the night porter was excellent, it was a very wet and stormy night, but the waiter went out of his way to get us a parking space as the hotel was full.he was so helpful. thank you for your warm welcome, we will stay with you again.

hi i would to say the only thing i regret about your hotel is that i did not stay more then one night we got a lovely irish welcome from all the staff and espially the head weater brendon murphy and a very nice and helpful girl in recepion food was brillint even the night stafff who did not serve us a drink becouse we were to late offered to give us a drink for our room over all probaly the best servis we have seen in a long time we will be back soon keep up the good.work charles helen

My wife and I stayed over Paddy's Week End in the Killarney Court. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Our package included an evening meal on both nights. The food was excellent. The Seafood Chowder was so good I had it for Lunch as well. It was ideally located from the town centre. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will be staying here again.

My self and my partner enjoyed the Killarney Court Hotel very much. The manager is a gentleman and works very hard to ensure that your stay is a good one. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are cosy and spotless. It's in a grand location and very safe to be in. The bar is well run and the breakfast menu had a great selection and the food was really enjoyable. That's what I call good value for money and I will be staying again in the near future without a doubt. Regards Grace

It was great! They had a large party late checking out from the night before, so our check in time was after two but this was not a problem, the reception staff, were very friendly, explained the situation, apologised and offered to mind out bags until later if we wanted to go out around Killarney. We chose to stay, got a drink and sandwich from bar. The bar staff, just as friendly and helpful. We had a twin room, which was very clean, couldnt complain about anything. Breakfast next morning was lovely and again the staff in the dinning room were very friendly, helpful. Can't say enough good things about Killarney Court. Will def. stay there again.

Recently stayed at this hotel. Would definitely go back there. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating especially Gene and Stephen also the household staff did not rush us out of room. The food was hot and plenty of it and the drink was reasonably priced. We had a lovely time there and thank you.

We had stayed here last year so when we saw it on the offer we were delighted to book it again. The rooms were very comfortable with a good reading light by the bed. We enjoyed the breakfast but as we were out touring all day spent more time out of the hotel than in. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I had asked for room not to far from the lift as I have trouble walking and we had a room that was perfect as it was near enough to the lift for me to walk with out oxygen it was far enough not to hear people using it. I would use this hotel again and recommend it to people

Fantastic value with Lidl Breaks. The hotel is less than 10 mins walk from the town center. We ate dinner at the hotel as it was included in our package it was very nice and the service was good. I was pleased on arrival with the hotel the bar was cosy and the bar food ok as bar food goes. The room was not very plush but comfortable. The bathroom could have done with some basic toiletries. The big let down was the food in the restaurant, we had dinner both nights the first night my husband had steak which was fine, i had pasta which you would imagain would be hard to mess up. It was a very large bowl of glue like paste. Then we discovered the second night the menu was the same this time my husband had chicken which had obviously been sitting in a bain marie for hours or else the chicken must have been a 100 years old it was so tough, we brought this to the waiters attention but nothing was done about it. The menu was so disappointing i had a starter of smoked salmon for the main meal as I felt they could'nt mess that up. The hotel was also very noisy. On checking out I had intended to bring these matters to the attention of the receptionest but she did'nt even ask was everything ok. We wont be back

The Killarney Court is a lovely Hotel, I really enjoyed my stay there. A very well kept Hotel. Nice Bar & Restaurant. Lovely Food. Rooms are very well kept. Clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. The Hotel is very well situated. A few shops located around the hotel. Short drive to the town centre. I would definately stay there again in the Future.

Very happy with our stay here, Staff in reception were friendly, and helpful, food in restaurant was good and not badly priced, breakfast may not have been upto much really, may have something to do with arriving at 10.40 as it finished at 11 but i have stayed in other hotels and arrived for breakfast and had loads of choice, being a vegetarian maybe they could do with providing mushrooms , hash browns, maybe bulk it up a bit, only so many eggs a person can eat for breakfast, big whinge of all is the hairdryer was horrendious, the vent in the Bathroom would have made a faster job of drying my hair, but that said i had a very enjoyable time and if i had someone to ferry me to and from the hotel to town centre again i would definatly stay here

Enjoyed our stay, though thought some bar staff a little abrupt. Just plonked food onto table without a word. Yet same person recognised me the next day and knew what I wanted to drink. Maybe he'd just had an off day before. Would stay again.

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THE KILLARNEY COURT HOTEL EXCELLENT VALUE BEAUTIFUL BREAKFAST AND DINNER FANTASTIC PINT EXCELLENT STAFF WELL DONE LIDI LOOKING FORWARD TO MANY MORE BREAKS. WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY FOOD WAS EXCELLENT STAFF WERE SUPER FAB PINT WOULD GO BACK AGAIN THANKS LIDI LOOKING FORWARD TO MANY MORE BREAKS WELL DONE LIDI I WOULD RATE THE HOTEL FOUR STAR T

We had a lovely break in Killarney Court Hotel . Could not find fault with anything The staff were very friendly .Food very good . Rooms great . We are looking foreword to going back again G Jackson .

4 star Very enjoyable, delighted with service, meals, rooms etc... Only negative was that diner was served in the bar & not the dining room but this is only a small thing. Overall we were delighted. Thanks Michael Kelly

My wife and I had a most enjoyable and excellent value stay in the Killarney Court Hotel, It's proximity to Killarney town centre and very good restaurant are major advantages plus of course the excellent value offered through Lidl which can only be good for the hotel industry and employment in that sector. I recommend you advertise such offers on the Fastnet Line's Cork-Swansea ferry MV Julia. 4 stars ! Leo and Eileen McMahon, Cork

YES THIS WAS A VERY NICE HOTEL ACCOMADATION AND FOOD WERE SUPERB AND I WILL BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
