Phenomenal staff. From the moment you arrive at the hotel they are friendly and welcoming. The bedroom is elegant and chic with everything you need. Breakfast is delicious; white table cloths. A great bonus is the swimming pool, again staff professional and friendly. The location is fantastic - near Killiney beach.

Hotel decor is very dated in need of a major refurb. The view from the room was fab. Food is very expensive for dinner no special menus or early bird menu and more staff need for dinner service only 2 staff on the floor we ate there. Breakfast is good, only problem is some of staff lacked motivation and it looked like she did not want to be there. We asked for a fresh pot of tea to finish out breakfast girl went to get it and never came back. We just left. Overall I was disappointed with the hotel only plus was it is in such a good location

PERFECT!!!! Warm welcoming with a wonderful atmosphere all through the hotel Room was lovely with a great view Food was superb in Mapas restaurant Breakfast was also great Relaxed with staff that anticipated our needs We loved the whole experience and couldn’t recommend it more Thank you
