Beautiful hotel, breakfast was amazing and we had bar food also which was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were all very friendly.Bedrooms were very comfortable too. Very central to shopping area and other pubs, bars etc.

Our stay in the Granville Hotel was perfect. Our room had AC as well as a fan & was absolutely spotless. Food was delicious & the breakfast menu was excellent. All staff members were very friendly & helpful.

Hotel was in a good position in the center of Waterford, food was good, only problem I found was the room IT WAS TINY ROOM 317, I have come across this before we I have booked an offer you get the tiniest room in the hotel

Beautiful old world hotel Everything is top class breakfast and dinner are beautiful and the rooms are spotless and beautiful decorated.All the staff were amazing and friendly.Its a must return hotel

Lovely hotel , great location, our room was ready early so got into room early which was great . Staff friendly. Bar was very busy for food time , but that’s expected at ( Christmas time) .

A charming, old world hotel, that we've been to on many occasions. Friendly, helpful staff, and a breakfast to die for. A really lovely place to relax and unwind....highly recommended.

Room was lovely, big and comfortable. Food, particularly breakfast, was very good. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Only downside was no designated set- down in front of the hotel and wheelchair access into the hotel. I had someone disabled with me so checking into the hotel was a disaster.

My wife and l stayed here for 2nights. It a lovely hotel and great location it's near all the shops, pubs restaurants and great for sight seeing Our room was lovely very cosy and spotless Food excellent and well presented Staff very nice and helpful We got a 50 euro voucher when checking out to come back and we most certainly will

The menu and food were not up to 4Star standard. The air-conditioner in our room was dripping water down the wall onto a radiator and the carpet, so we felt it was unsafe to continue using it.....we notified the hotel about this. The room was good, but probably needs a revamp/updating. The single bed was not as good quality as the double bed.... it was a lower height and not a good mattress.

Hotel was immaculate condition. Rooms spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast the best of any hotel I've stayed in for choice and quality. Stayed now three times and will look to stay there in the future.

We have been to this hotel on a few occasions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and we had breakfast and dinner, both were excellent.The location is really good, directly opposite the river with car parking across the road It's great for shopping or going for walks etc. We would recommend it highly and will return.

Absolutely enjoyed every minute of my stay here. The staff are exceptional and very accommodating. The rooms are spotless and very warm. Food is delicious and location is so central to the town and train station. I would highly recommend this hotrl

My wife had three wonderful days at the Granville . The time went so quick, at this location ,we should have stayed longer at this hotel. The friendly staff made this trip so wonderful we will have to return to Waterford. We found the quality of the rooms and food exceptional at the Grenville

We had a lovely stay in the Granville hotel in Waterford, food in the bar and breakfast the next day was excellent, Staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel followed the government corvid 19 policy to the tee. But the only negative is don't stay in the front of the building as even with the windows closed the noise from the traffic is horrendous. Had a really bad night sleep maybe the need to up date there windows.

Nice smooth check even with Covid19 protocols in place. Very nice homely atmosphere there and it was spotlessly clean. Felt very safe there as all safeguards were in place for Covid-19 . Really helpful staff and the food was top class and reasonable. Would definitely stay there again and would certainly recommend it to family and friends.

We had a lovely relaxing 3 night stay at the Granville Hotel. Staff could not do enough for you, from check in to check out every one of them worked to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They were professional and attentive but not intrusive. Food was excellent from the beautiful evening meals to the delicious breakfasts, (probably the best breakfasts we have had), very good options and choice. Decor is tradition old world charm in a fantastic location that is close to all amenities too. We will be back.

Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good, I would say 10 out of 10. Service was amazing, staff are to be commended in all areas from check-in to food service. The only negative we found was our room was a little tired, but it did not take away from the fabulous couple of days we had at the Glanville Hotel in Waterford. So much history and a very interesting city. I would highly recommend.

Everything about our visit to The Granville Hotel was excellent. Beautiful hotel, great location, lovely staff and the food was exceptional...best breakfast ever. We have recommended this hotel to our family and friends and I know that friends have already booked for an October break. Cant wait to revisit and thinking of a pre Christmas break.

My main issue with the hotel was the checking in. Advised that no room before 4 but we were shown to room at 5.30. Allocated room very noisy, rain pelting on the window and could hear other guests snoring. The best was the breakfast and the decor. Website should state issue with checking in.

Could not fault this hotel. It is spotless clean. Food is fabulous. Staff very friendly, helpful & courteous. The only one complaint is the noise coming from a box outside room 103...heating or aircon I imagine. Other than that, would highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights- from the location in the city to the proximity to the coast, parking more convenient than we would have thought, very pleasant staff, excellent food especially the breakfast and very mindful of good Covid practices- will definitely be back!! Well Done

Brilliant staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Breakfast fit for a king with plenty of choice. Car parking across the road. Plenty to do locally with beaches 20 minutes away. Very good shops locally in Waterford city. Excellent hotel for a holiday
