We had a great stay in the hotel. The facilities were top notch and the breakfast was great. Walking distance from the city and if you need an Uber, they are very cheap as well, we spent no more than £10 on any one journey. Only reason for not putting top score was that the parking situation is not explained well enough, we were charged £20 for 2 nights, and this wasn’t made clear anywhere when booking. When other guests were leaving they weren’t being charged, so unless we missed that when booking the hotel, I’m not sure. Would recommend staying here though to anyone.
Staff were excellent, especially lady at check in, the room size above average and very clean, breakfast lots of options and fresh, overall a very enjoyable experience

Good hotel, rooms and bar/ reception area recently refurbished. Nice bar and very good breakfast. Nice quiet location but only 15 minute walk from lanyon train station and similar into the centre of town. Would recommend.
Fab hotel..got room 229...really lovely.great breakfast..staff friendly and helpful....15 mins walk to the main centre....hope to stay again....
Lovely Hotel, rooms recently renovated, very modern, very clean. Had food in the bar and we were served by a lovely young man named Cian (I think) he was super friendly, super helpful and made recommendations about food and drinks etc. Everything with dinner was spot on and very tasty. The bartender couldn’t have done enough for us. Breakfast was a disappointing, staff weren’t friendly or helpful. Coffee was great but food was just ok. We arrived over an hour before b/fast finished and there wasn’t a lot of choice left and they didn’t refill. Overall great but b/fast service could be improved.
Good location.Nice comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast was cold each morning, they didn't seem to have any way of keeping the hot breakfast from going cold. Bar prices expensive, 15.50£ for a Pint of Heineken and a Gin and tonic.
VOCO as its called now is a really lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and the bar is great. The design and decor in this hotel is second to none. We had a very happy time there. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great too. I would recommend 100 per cent. Bren
Very impressed with the hotel, where it is situated is lovely and quite central to everything. The rooms are very spacious and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was great the next morning and it was great ot was on until 11am and check out was 12pm. I would recommend.
Hotel was great as we managed to get one of the refurbished rooms, which are amazing, breakfast was okay the staff were so helpful.
The rooms were outdated and a bit grubby. The bathroom was gross. Our sink was blocked and old bits of sick from pervious guests were coming back up the sink, it was gross. When we informed the receptionist they said that the sink will work with the overflow. I couldn't even shower. It was a great location very close to the town, the bed was comfortable, it was just a shame about the bathroom
The hotel was very convenient for shopping and eating out, breakfast was lovely, staff helpful, great parking.
Lovely hotel within 10 minutes walk from city centre and main shopping areas. Room was ver comfortable and quiet, with tea & coffee making facility. Breakfast was very fresh with plenty of choice.
Nice hotel, friendly staff. good value for money. Quiet location for the City Centre. Room Decor ( R120) could do with some upgrading, carpet stained, skirting boards could do we some painting. Bathroom ,in part ,needs re- grouting. otherwise very clean. From a marketing point of view, should highlight more the proximity of the hotel to the Lagan River walkway into the City Centre and the river walk to the Titanic Quarter. Great selling points. No need to take any local transport, .just walk or cycle Review by: John Peters, Member of the Institute of Hospitality (UK)
Lovely hotel. Great location. Free parking. Very comfy beds
I was attending a conference and went with another couple to make a holiday of it. My friend husband is in a wheelchair which we had indicated when we booked. I was disappointed that in this day and age the hotel does not have a room and bathroom for disabled people. Apart from this everything else was on point especially the food, both the breakfast lunch and dinner was delicious very well prepared and presented. Plenty of choices for the buffet breakfast. View was gorgeous and hotel is near enough to do some shopping. I would thoroughly recommend it. Staff are friendly attentive and accommodating.
Hotel is clean but is somewhat tired and a little tatty.
Comfortable stay. Convenient to the city.
We were very impressed at the standard of service in the Radisson Blu, Belfast. Hotel was just a short walk from the city centre and close to the lovely River Lagan walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we have encountered anywhere. We will definitely be returning.
Very disappointed not 4? standard .bed room had rip in voile curtain bulbs missing and no tissues in tissue holder. The chair was well used and had seen better days breakfast fruit was dried out and fry up only adequate more a hotel for business not leasure
Fantastic staff went out of their way to help. Food was beautiful. Location Fantastic and rooms clean and nice
The hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer or more customer friendly and focused. Breakfast was more than ample and quality of lunch and dinner very high. What let’s this hotel down are the bedrooms. They are dated and tired and not up to Radisson standard in my opinion. I couldn’t fault anything else and would recommend on location and especially the value deal via Irish mini breaks.
I found the staff so nice and very obliging but I felt the hotel room lacked a homely feel there was no pictures on the walls the bed was to low and it slanted to the back and the bathroom fittings were full of limescale and some were broken plus there was no shower wash and when I asked cleaning staff for some they said there was none plus the sliding doors on the wardrobe wouldn’t open so had to live out of the suitcase
Good location. Good breakfast. Rooms were ok. 8/10 overall.
Arrived at the hotel we were early for check in so man at desk said he take our bags and we could wait in bar. Around 20 minutes latter they had room ready as we were two hours early for check in. And out bags we’re left in the room for us. Man at desk actually came looking for us thought this was great as some hotels would not even take bags to room or let ya know room ready until go back ask. Great customer service. The hotel room was great lovely staff and great food in the restaurant. Staff member Dagmar in the bar and restaurant she was outstanding very polite and funny and always made sure we had everything and had conversation with us. Great with customers and interacts with everyone you could just see customers enjoyed talking to her at other tables. The chefs in the restaurant amazing food and the waiters were very good also quick and presentation of the food was unreal. Hotel very clean and tidy and lovely area out side. The area only 7 minutes walk into town.requested late check out this was no problem. Overall our stay was excellent and I would come back again to this great hotel we’re the staff are so interactive with customers Snd making them feel welcome ex specially man checked us in and the women at bar dagmar made our stay even better.
Great location, can’t fault the breakfast . Food is lovely and so much choice. Cleanliness does need to be looked at a bit more though
Not bad but not great.Room was very cold on arrival.Room and corridors could do with a clean. There's better in Belfast for the price.
WE ENJOYED OUR STAY THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL . BREAKFAST GOOD LOTS TO CHOOSE FROM AND SERVED TILL 11 WHICH IS GREAT WENT YOUR AWAY .CARPARK ON-SITE AND WE COULD WALK TO CITY CENTRE .RELAXED ATMOSPHERE
