Reviews for `CLIFFS OF MOHER HOTEL`

Daniel scored 3 / 5 on 09/03/2015

No reservation for us when we arrived, hotel said it was because they had not received any information from Lidl Breaks, while the Hotel honoured the on line offer it was not very professional that something that we had booked on line and recieved confirmation for via email had apparently not been forwarded to hotel! Don't know where the fault lies. Irritating!

Stayed at the Cliffs of Moher June bank holiday weekend. Had a fantastic time. Hotel is fabulous, lovely bar and restaurant, rooms spacious and very clean. Great selection of food for breakfast. I would definitely give this hotel 10/10.

Hotel is lovely, new hotel so therefore décor is modern. Rooms nice & big & modern! Was surprised that they still used an actual key on the bedroom door as most hotels are swipe cards now! Bathroom was lovely with a bath. Hotel was extremely quite though, on the Fri night there was no one in the bar only us, so was a bit disappointed by that. There was 1 or 2 in the bar on Sat! Was surprised for a weekend night. But overall lovely weekend & very pleasant hotel to stay in. Staff were very friendly

Had a lovely stay at the Cliffs of Moher hotel - booked a weekend away there for my partners birthday. For a hotel that is not in a city or large town, I must say it was very modern, the decor lovely. We were greeted with a friendly welcome by the reception boy. The room was very spacious, spotless and had a large bathroom. We had breaskfast which was a full Irish Breakfast, made to order which is a pleasant change from the carvery breakfasts that one would normally get in hotels. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing break amongst beautiful scenery.

Just back from a midweek break at the Cliffs Of Moher in Clare and must say it was one of the most relaxing breaks I have experienced in a long time, on arrival the receptionist filled us in on all the local attractions which we visited and really enjoyed, the hotel was spotless and our room was big are airy, the food was great, and lastly the waiter/bartender was excellent at his job, very pleasant and friendly.

We stayed for one night with breakfast and dinner. The room was great, spotlessly clean and a great bathroom. Dinner was excellent as was breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpfull and I hope to visit again soon. Liscannor is a lovely village with nice pubs and restaurants.

Excellent hotel in lovely location. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Cliffs of Moher as we intended to walk the cliffs. We were not disappointed, as there is now a dedicated walkway for miles along the cliffs. We were made very welcome by the hotel staff from the minute we arrived. The room was spacious with modern decor and we had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant. There was a great selection at breakfast with the "Full Irish" cooked to order (which is a lovely change as most hotels leave the food sitting in warming trays for hours). I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning again. Tip: A visit to the Rock Shop is a must when visiting Liscannor.
